Refund Policy

At Skyline Drone & Photography LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality aerial drone photography, videography, and real estate imaging services that exceed your expectations. Because our services are custom, on-site, and involve significant time, travel, equipment, and editing, all sales are final with the following limited exceptions.

No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a photo shoot (aerial drone flight, ground photography session, or video capture) has been performed and digital files have been delivered (or are ready for delivery), no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied with the final images/video, changes their mind, or no longer needs the materials.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

•  Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date/time: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable) or credit toward a future shoot.

•  Cancellations 24–48 hours before the scheduled shoot: 50% refund or full credit toward rescheduling.

•  Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, no-shows, or same-day cancellations: No refund (100% fee retained to cover reserved time, travel, and preparation).

Rescheduling

If weather, property access issues, unsafe flying conditions, or other factors beyond our control prevent the shoot from occurring as planned, we will reschedule at no additional charge (subject to availability). If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit will be issued for future services.

Defective/Damaged Deliverables

If you receive corrupted files, missing images from the agreed package, or other clear technical errors on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly correct and re-deliver the affected files at no extra cost. This is the sole remedy; no monetary refunds will be provided for completed services.

Deposits & Payments

Any non-refundable deposits or payments made to secure a booking date are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation section above.
